Invite agent

Invite agent is a special action to invite the chat agent to the bot-driven conversation. Please note that you need to place a "Message with reply" action before the "Invite agent" step. You can optionally set the action after the "Invite agent" step. That action will run once the agent leaves the chat. So your invite agent flow should look like this:
