Live Chat widget

In this settings section, you can configure a built-in live chat widget appearance.

Let's see the options of built-in live chat widget:

• Icon type - the type of the live chat header icon. Can be:

  • Built-in SVG

  • Uploaded image

• Icon - the icon or uploaded image of the live chat header icon.

• Online mode header - the header text in the online mode.

• Online mode subheader - the subheader text in the online mode.

• Offline mode header - the header text in the offline mode.

• Offline mode subheader - the subheader text in the offline mode.

• Offline form - the form that should be shown in offline mode.

• Offline content - the content that should be shown in offline mode (this content will appear below the form).

• Show menu items if operators are offline - if enabled, selected menu items will be displayed below the offline form and offline content.

• Available menu items - there you can select which menu items will be displayed in the offline mode. You can read more about menu items in this article.
